Ravenwood Recruitment
Ravenwood Recruitment is an independent UK recruitment consultancy founded by Daniel Crawley, a recruitment leader with over 15 years of experience delivering talent acquisition solutions across the Technology, Higher Education, and Public Sector markets.
Daniel established Ravenwood Recruitment to offer a more flexible, transparent, and partnership-driven approach to hiring. The consultancy focuses on three key areas: Permanent Technology Recruitment, Embedded Talent Solutions, and Recruitment Transformation Services.
Each service is built on first-hand experience of leading in-house recruitment functions and understanding the challenges organisations face when hiring at pace or adapting their recruitment model.
Ravenwood Recruitment combines the agility of an independent agency with deep in-house expertise. Our goal is simple: to help organisations attract and retain outstanding people while improving the overall recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
